We have had a sudden addition to our group, Warwick the Dragon. Student ambassador Julianna helped name him. He has his own lanyard and name tag! Look for him in the online Picassa photo albulm.
Right now we are in Wales. Our coach driver informed us that there are more sheep in Wales than people! Tomorrow we are taking the ferry to Ireland. We have been informed by our other fellow ambassador delegations to expect cold weather. So far the weather has been favorable with little to no rain while we have been outside walking around.
Today we walked around Stratford upon Avon and Oxford. We found some great shops and had a chance to go souvenier shopping. We saw the place where Shakespeare was born and also the place where Harry Potter was filmed. All the students are getting used to being away from home and are forming great relationships with their fellow ambassadors.
We love and miss you all (and you can tell by how much we bought!)
Hey there, the pictures look fantastic. I love to see all those smiling world travelers!
ReplyDeleteAmazing to see how the students transformed into young knights! Especially those real swords, yikes!
Can wait to see what Ireland brings you all.
Have fun,
Pat I.
